Harpeth Square Ground Breaking

We’re very excited to announce that after four years, Harpeth Square, the multimillion dollar project in downtown Franklin, will break ground next week!

Harpeth Associates teamed up with Smith Gee Studio to implement the 150 Unit Mixed-Use building as well as The Harpeth, a 119 luxury guest room 4 1/2 star boutique hotel. A 5-story parking garage connects both.
