Starkville is known as “Mississippi’s College Town” as it’s the home of Mississippi State University. With over 21,600 students enrolled, the university staff & student body who call it home have helped define much of the city’s vibrant energy.

SGS developed a vision for a new mixed-use lifestyle and entertainment destination that celebrates the rich history and local culture of the Starkville community. Located on Starkville Housing Authority property, as part of an innovative partnership, the current residents on the site will be relocated to newly built housing, replacing the obsolete structures they are currently in which are over 50 years old.
