The Lucile

The Lucile marks one of the first new developments on the Dickerson Pike corridor. It successfully addresses the pike with 5 stories of residential and street front stoops, and steps down to three stories at the peak of the steeply sloped site to address the single family residential neighborhood beyond. The project includes a lively amenity deck, pool, and stand-alone dog spa and park.
