Terra House, a luxury apartment community located steps away from downtown Nashville, uses contemporary design to create a comfortable and environmentally conscious living experience. Maintaining a minimal carbon footprint, Terra House is one of three projects SGS has designed to LEED Gold standards and is located in a historic neighborhood along the Cumberland River. Its location further affords access to stunning skyline views, a new community park, and Nashville’s extensive greenway. Occupying an entire block of the Rolling Mill Hill redevelopment, each façade is treated uniquely, breaking down the mass to the neighborhood scale. Five stories of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments wrap a 348-car garage while the first floor offers resort-style amenities with convenient retail and restaurant space.
