Smith Gee Studio designed River House, a 247 unit luxury apartment building and 300 car parking garage with approximately 360,000 SF of space. The development is comprised of a five-story multi-family building and includes a two-tiered amenity space facing the Cumberland River. The building’s modern design and amenities, as well as a plethora of outdoor space and its location near downtown, make this a desirable place to reside.

Completed in 2017, most units include balconies and spectacular views of either the city of Nashville or the courtyard below and the river. River House is pursuing LEED NC certification.
