One Town Center is a 4-story office building located in the development of Berry Farms. The building offers 105,000 square feet of leasable space with an 80-space parking garage and over 400 surface lot spaces.

Located just south of the City of Franklin, Berry Farms is a master planned community on over 600 acres. Smith Gee Studio has designed several residential products, retail, office and amenity buildings for this landmark mixed-use development. Most recently, SGS was engaged to re-master plan the Town Center, the centerpiece of this traditional neighborhood development.
