Monday Night Brewing

Serving as an early anchor for historic Germantown’s massive Neuhoff District redevelopment, Monday Night Brewing converted the former engine and boiler rooms of a historic meat-packing plant into a 3,800 square-foot tasting room. Located in Nashville’s historic Germantown neighborhood, the project retains the spaces’ industrial patina and offers a casual modern hospitality to set the tone for what’s to come.

Patrons enter a space that combines preserved history with thoughtful design: an indoor seating area framed by historic brick walls, large steel windows, original light fixtures, polished concrete floors, and a new bar constructed from salvaged brick. Outside, an Ipe wood deck patio and the adjacent open-air boiler room—left with its exposed steel structure intact—offer distinctive places to enjoy a drink under the looming presence of the original smokestack. These outdoor spaces, full of character and architectural relics, provide a glimpse into both the site’s industrial past and into the future of this vibrant mixed-use district.
