Located in the McFerrin Park neighborhood of East Nashville at the northwest corner of Cleveland Street and Meridian Street, this site is surrounded with rich Nashville history. The project is situated just south of the historic landmark McGavock House constructed in the 1840’s and west of Ray of Hope Community Church constructed in the 1920’s.

The project offers 20 multi-story townhome units, the majority of which have 2-car garages and a rooftop deck or terrace. The design pays homage to its context through material selections and building height relationships, while providing a mix of traditional and modern detailing that evolves with each building.
