Smith Gee Studio, as the Architect of Record for the 119-key boutique hotel, worked in collaboration with 906 Studio Architects (exterior design) to bring this elegantly reverent and contemporary addition to the iconic district. The project has several amenities including a high-end restaurant, a European style café, and a cozy lobby which spills out to an open-air courtyard and monumental stair. The 5000+ square feet of ballroom, conference, and flexible meeting space are fully equipped with the latest technologies. Complementing its historic surroundings and southern vernacular, the exterior architecture features a large 4-story front porch, brick veneer façade, and stone base with accents and bands. The hotel is part of a larger development known as Harpeth Square, which includes 150 luxury apartments, and several new restaurant and retail options for visitors and residents alike.
