Greenhaven is the second phase of a garden-style development in the suburbs of Franklin, Tennessee. While the program remained the same with apartments and amenity buildings surrounding a pool, the client wanted to take the design in a new direction with this phase.

Working within the strict Franklin design guidelines, the design moved away from the classic Craftsman style with warm colors and sought a cool and simplified Cape Cod scheme. The darker colors and simplified forms distinguish the new project from the previous development while respecting the traditional character of the area.
