Cummins Station

Smith Gee Studio oversaw design for Cummins Station and The Baggage Building, representing over 400,000 square feet of leasable space. Tenant build-outs of office, retail, and restaurants, along with upgrades to amenity spaces, facades, and corridors, and coordination of greener facility systems, all transformed this 100-year-old warehouse into one of Downtown Nashville’s most successful properties. Outside, the Community Garden provides a plush amenity for Cummins Station tenants and special events, and in 2013, the garden won the top Award of Excellence from the Tennessee Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
