1260 Martin, a 47-unit mixed-use condominium project, is one of two buildings to come out of the ground in CORE Development’s maker-centric Wedgewood Houston (WeHo) master plan. Wedgewood Houston is an urban neighborhood just south of downtown Nashville. The mix of residential, commercial and industrial uses, neighborhood infrastructure and central location make it a prime candidate for a vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood. Deemed an “urban magnet” by the Urban Land Institute, CORE is crafting an artisan-centered live/make/work/play district as an extension of the area’s arts, manufacturing and industrial history.

Embracing the neighborhood’s established arts district, live-make units line Martin Street and are designed to allow art crawlers to spill in and out of the 2-story lofts. A 2,700 sf restaurant anchors the development. Floor-to-ceiling glass and outdoor dining announce its position at the corner of Martin Street and Merritt Avenue. A mix of one- and two-bedroom flats and lofts round out the product’s offering.
