Sterling Point is a development in West Nashville that includes townhomes and single-family residences in an urban landfill site. The design for the townhomes and city homes was based on surrounding minimalist post-war architecture with a modern aesthetic, keeping with the changing neighborhood and ideals of the developer. The development focuses on engaging the neighborhood streets and internal shared green areas with porches and stoops along with open architectural concepts. The homes use the latest in energy-saving techniques with improved insulation, water heating, and HVAC systems.
