The Foundry is an 11-acre masterplanned community in Huntsville, AL with various residential and retail options. The development shares a campus with The Range, a commercial office building, and is conveniently located near the city’s thriving downtown district.

Smith Gee Studio is designing eight separate buildings for the site – four multi-family, three townhome, and a retail shell. The overall design takes cues from The Stovehouse, the neighboring commercial development, with a warehouse and industrial feel that includes restaurants and retail. Amenities in the multifamily properties include club houses, fitness areas, pet washes, and bicycle storage & maintenance shops.
