SGS created an urban-infill master plan and assisted with rezoning 5 ½ acres along Gallatin Pike, a major commercial thoroughfare in East Nashville. The plan provided a mixture of uses: restaurants, retail, and multi-family fronting Gallatin Avenue anchored by a specialty grocery.
SGS designed the façade of the Publix and two retail shell buildings. One is occupied by Starbucks and the other, located across the street, has 6000 square feet of leasable space. The exterior designs provide appropriate transitions to the neighboring residential streets.
