The Jesse

The Jesse is a mixed-use commercial and multifamily development located at 730 Main Street, designed by Smith Gee Studio in partnership with Richland Building Partners. As the first project in the neighborhood to implement Metro’s new urban setback and pedestrian right-of-way improvements, The Jesse introduces a 20-foot landscaped greenspace and buffer along Main Street—enhancing the pedestrian experience while improving safety and visual appeal.

The ground level will host two commercial tenants, activating the street frontage and complementing the area's growing mix of businesses. Public garage parking is accessed from the pedestrian level, while private resident amenities and secure parking are located on Level 2. Levels 3 through 7 include 54 residential units, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts tailored to Nashville’s full-time resident market. A pool deck and amenity courtyard on Level 3 brings in natural light and southern views, while upper floors facing west offer uninterrupted views of the downtown skyline. Completion is targeted for July 2026.
