Rivergate Mall Redevelopment

The Rivergate Mall Redevelopment, located at Rivergate Parkway and Rivergate Drive, will replace the vacant three-story Macy’s building with a vibrant mixed-use community. The site will feature new buildings oriented toward Rivergate Parkway and centered around a private drive that serves as a shared outdoor space.

The project includes 17,000 sf of retail and restaurant space, a 120-room hotel, and up to 340 multi-family units with amenities such as a pool courtyard and central gathering area. Parking will be a mix of surface, on-street, and off-street options.
