Hilton Oak Lawn

Located in the Village of Oak Lawn, just 11 miles southwest of Chicago, this 12-story, 186-room hotel has long been a local landmark. Once surrounded by the dense Black Oak trees that gave the area its original name—Black Oaks Grove—the hotel has undergone a complete transformation, emerging as a sleek, modern property with the warmth and character of a boutique stay.

The renovation touched every corner of the experience: public spaces, food and beverage venues, conference areas, guest rooms, and amenities were all reimagined to reflect a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

Throughout the design, there’s a subtle yet intentional nod to the area’s roots. Rich oak finishes pay tribute to the neighborhood’s natural history, while custom millwork and curated artwork celebrate Oak Lawn’s growing arts community. The hotel also aligns with the village’s broader cultural vision to establish an “Avenue of the Arts” district just next door—positioning the property not just as a place to stay, but as a destination in its own right.
