Dallas is a Principal at Smith Gee Studio with over 22 years of experience managing residential, mixed-use, institutional, hospitality, and commercial projects throughout the United States. He’s been an integral part of the development at Berry Farms, a Traditional Neighborhood Development in Franklin, Tennessee, including condos, apartments, townhomes, live-work, a pre-school, and commercial buildings. Dallas has also led design teams for multiple projects in walkable urban communities including Taylor Place (Nashville, TN), Rolling Mill Hill (Nashville, TN), Lenox Village (Nashville, TN) and Town Madison (Madison, AL).

He has earned a reputation as a relentless problem solver for his creative, flexible, and innovative approach to project team management. In addition to the project teams and clients he collaborates with, Dallas oversees the financial management of Smith Gee Studio. He helps ensure we stay rooted in a sound foundation, allowing Smith Gee Studio to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving design industry.

Dallas is a supporter and served as Executive Director and Past-President of the board of Rebuilding Together Nashville, a not-for-profit serving low-income homeowners with home repairs and renovations.
