The combination of significant private development in Cummins Station District, capital investment of the Gulch pedestrian bridge and future transit infrastructure creates the need to develop a comprehensive plan and strategy to adequately plan for the future needs of the community.  To accomplish this goal, SGS facilitated a visioning effort that seeked to create a “Supplemental Policy” to the current Downtown Community Plan.  The community plan amendment would plan for future growth and develop a comprehensive plan that addresses connectivity, streetscape design, building relationships / design and potential capital improvements planned for the future.
