Cummins Station

Smith Gee Studio oversaw design for Cummins Station and The Baggage Building, representing over 400,000 square feet of leasable space. Tenant build-outs of office, retail, and restaurants, along with upgrades to amenity spaces, facades, and corridors, and coordination of greener facility systems, all transformed this 100-year-old warehouse into one of Downtown Nashville’s most successful properties. Outside, the Community Garden provides a plush amenity for tenants and special events, and in 2013, the garden won the top Award of Excellence from the Tennessee Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
