SGS created an urban-infill master plan and rezoning for an 8-1/2 acre distressed mobile home park in the Highland Heights neighborhood of East Nashville. The challenging site is constrained by being located primarily within the interior of a developed city block with little access frontage along existing streets. The master plan creates a pedestrian friendly neighborhood comprised of townhomes and multi-family flat buildings centered around a neighborhood green and aligned along a central street that connects residents to transit routes on each end of the neighborhood.
