The reason I wanted to become an Architect/Designer was…

It’s the most challenging, morphing profession I’ve ever known — there is no right answer, everybody has an opinion, and it combines everything that is great about engineering, art, science and math!

Jesse is an Associate Principal at Smith Gee Studio with an extensive background in various project types including historic renovation, institutional, commercial, single and multifamily residential, and mixed-use developments. Work in both land planning and urban renewal has broadened his understanding of community and the design of sustainable neighborhoods. Jesse has managed 3 successful LEED New Construction projects and has been an integral part of crafting applications for the National Park Service Historic Tax Credits on multiple projects. He is also the Director of IT Systems for the firm and is able to connect with individuals at all levels.
