Our commitment to Collaboration, Design, and Community forms the foundation of Smith Gee Studio's mission. A successful history of complex challenges and partnerships along with our commitment to superior service adds value to our clients' objectives. Formerly leading the Nashville office of Looney Ricks Kiss Architects, Smith Gee Studio's principals have worked together since 2002. Our experience includes a long list of multi-family, residential, commercial, mixed-use, corporate interiors, planning and design guideline projects varying in size and complexity.
Smith Gee Studio's recently completed, award winning projects include the Cummins Station Community Garden and Ryman Lofts, Nashville's first artist community. We are currently working on a 14 acre redevelopment in Huntsville, AL, the mixed-use repurposing of the Werthan Packaging property in Nashville's Germantown neighborhood, new retail, mixed-use, live-work, townhomes and condominium buildings at Berry Farms and Westhaven, and a number of adaptive use, renovation and interior tenant buildouts.
